It depends on the lease. If you buy a non-exclusive piece, for example, beats, you must respect the owner (i.e., D Man Productions) by stating ‘…. Produced By dmanproductions.com LLC’ on any product you use our piece in it. On the contrary, for exclusive pieces, you are the owner and you do not have to credit D Man Productions.
No. As you are not the owner of non-exclusive pieces produced by D Man Productions, it is illegal to use them for commercial purposes. They can be used for personal purposes but you have to credit D Man Productions.
You are the owner and the pieces are exclusively yours. You are allowed to use them for any purpose. You can even sell them.
